Hi Nico, I heard back from Carolien Vos, our Chief HR Officer about your question concerning the non-binary statistics. Here is her answer "Short answer is; it does not necessarily mean that. In our recruitment process we are focused on diversity and inclusivity without boundaries. Regarding the statistics, in 2023 we had no staff member identifying themselves to HR or the RIPE NCC in general, as non-binary. "

Hi Max. I got an answer from Phillip Oldham, our Web Services Manager regarding your question about the search bar. He says: "During the migration we found that there were many IP addresses in content that wouldn't surface in searches because of the feature of jumping directly to the database, so we made the decision to surface the search results and provide an option to jump to the database from there. We plan to update the search to forward directly to the database when we cannot find any results for an IP/ASN to better facilitate such searches."

@Razvan this is quite clear, thank you. The point here is that it may be a good idea, and not a terribly expensive one, to also have an off-cloud NCC-controlled backup for the purpose of disaster recovery
