RIPE Meeting Venue
The RIPE Meeting takes place at the Metropolo by Golden Tulip in Krakow. The meeting rooms (both Main and Side Rooms) are on the first floor of the building, accessibly by elevator. Please use the elevator in the main hotel lobby to access the meeting areas on the first floor. You do not need an access card for the first floor. There is an additional elevator near the conference centre entrance that is primarily used as a service elevator. Ramps are available to access the stage in the Main and Side Rooms.
Tuesday Networking Social Venue: Forty Kleparz
This venue is on the ground floor with no steps. The networking social takes place in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Note: Although the toilets are on the ground floor, this venue does not have a designated wheelchair-accessible toilet.
Thursday RIPE Dinner Venue: CKF_13
This venue covers multiple levels, all of which are accessibly by elevator. Additionally, there are ramps in certain areas. However, there are multiple entrances, so it is important for anyone with mobility issues to be aware that only the main entrance offers full access, there is a staircase if you use other entrances, for instance, the entrance leading in from the food court. The event team can also guide you to the right entrance.
